Using this bike rack is easy. First, make sure your vehicle has a 1.25 - inch or 2 - inch hitch receiver. Then, attach the rack to the hitch. You can easily install or remove it thanks to its lightweight aluminum construction. Place your bikes on the rack with the top tube in the bike mount. The 7 - inch spacing between bikes gives them enough room. If you need to access the rear of your vehicle, use the HitchSwitch feature to tilt the rack down. When not using the anti - sway, it will 'disappear' to keep things simple. Be careful not to exceed the 37.5 - pound weight limit per bike.
