Using this cycling bottom bracket is straightforward. First, make sure your bike frame is compatible with the BSA shell and the JIS square taper interface. Install the bottom bracket cups into the frame using the provided lockrings. Then, insert the CrMo spindle. Remember, you'll need to use the SO2995 bolts as the bottom bracket doesn't come with them. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the tightness of the lockrings to prevent any looseness. Clean the bottom bracket periodically to remove dirt and debris.
