CBBF Bottom Bracket JIS - 68 x 113mm*

This bottom bracket features a standard JIS square taper design. It comes with steel cups, retainers, lockrings, a CrMo spindle, and a shield. Bolts are not included; use SO2995. Technical specs: JIS square spindle interface, BSA shell, 33.6mmx24tpi shell ID, 68mm width, and 113mm spindle length.

Using this bottom bracket is easy. First, make sure your bike's frame is compatible with the BSA shell and the 33.6mmx24tpi shell ID. Install the steel cups, retainers, and lockrings onto the frame. Then, insert the CrMo spindle with the shield. Remember, you'll need to use the SO2995 bolts which are not included. When it comes to maintenance, keep the bottom bracket clean. Regularly check the tightness of the lockrings and the spindle. If you notice any unusual noises or play, it might be time to adjust or replace some parts.
