Product Description

The Campagnolo Chorus 12-Speed Crankset is a high-performance component designed for road cycling. It features lightweight carbon crank arms, optimized for Campagnolo's Ultra-Torque crank system. This system offers a very light and stiff setup, transferring power to the pedals without loss. The directly molded unidirectional carbon fiber cranks, steel axle, and aluminum chainrings provide exceptional stiffness and optimum power transmission. The internal chainring has symmetrical teeth, allowing for smooth and precise shifting even during extreme cross-chaining. The chainrings are surface-treated for a longer lifespan. With a Q-Factor of 145.5mm, its design is optimized to run multiple chainring combinations. It comes in a carbon color, has 52/36t chainrings, a 96 BCD, and is compatible with 130 hubs, 135/142 road disc hubs with a chainstay over 415 mm. It has 12 drivetrain speeds, weighs 686 grams, has double chainrings, and is intended for road use. It does not include a bottom bracket and has a 9/16' pedal spindle with a 172.5mm crank length.

Using your Campagnolo Chorus 12-Speed Crankset is straightforward. First, make sure it's properly installed on your bike. The crankset is designed for smooth power transfer, so just pedal as you normally would. When shifting gears, you'll notice the precise and fluid movement, even when cross-chaining. For best results, use it with compatible hubs as mentioned in the specs. As for maintenance, keep it clean by wiping it down after each ride, especially if you've been cycling in wet or dirty conditions. You can use a mild soap and water solution, but avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the carbon components. Periodically check the tightness of the bolts and the chainrings for any signs of wear. If you notice any issues, it's best to have a professional bike mechanic take a look. Also, remember that this crankset doesn't come with a bottom bracket, so make sure to install one that's compatible for optimal performance.
