Product Description

The Campagnolo EKAR GT crankset in sleek black is a top - notch cycling component. It features two aluminum crank arms paired with Ultra - Torque semi - axles made of AISI 630 steel. This material combo ensures the crankset is both lightweight and strong, in line with the entire EKAR GT groupset. With Hirth ProTechâ„¢ technology, the semi - axles are efficient and self - aligning. The premium 7075 aluminum chainrings are not only lightweight and resistant but also easily interchangeable. Just unscrew them from the four symmetrically arranged arms of the crank without dismantling the whole crankset. The optimized tooth design guarantees efficient power transmission and maximum chain reliability. It has a 104 mm bolt circle diameter for optimal load distribution, a 47.5mm chainline, and a 151mm Q - factor. This crankset is suitable for gravel, road, and cyclocross cycling. It comes without a bottom bracket and has a 9/16' pedal spindle with a Campagnolo Ultra - Torque spindle interface.

Using the Campagnolo EKAR GT crankset is straightforward. First, make sure it's properly installed on your bike according to the manufacturer's instructions. When riding, you'll notice smooth power transfer thanks to its well - designed teeth and self - aligning semi - axles. For changing chainrings, simply unscrew them from the four arms of the crank. No need to take apart the whole crankset. As for maintenance, regularly inspect the bearing race on the crank fitted onto the semi - axle. It's easy to access without dismantling the cups. Keep it clean to ensure maximum smoothness and resistance. If you notice any unusual noises or looseness, check the single sturdy screw that joins the two semi - axles inside the bottom bracket. Always follow safety guidelines when handling your bike and its components.
