Product Description

The Campagnolo EKAR GT crankset is a top - notch component for gravel, road, and cyclocross bikes. It features two aluminum crank arms paired with Ultra - Torque semi - axles made of AISI 630 steel. This combination offers both strength and lightness, just like the entire EKAR GT groupset. The ProTechâ„¢ technology connects the two semi - axles inside the bottom bracket with a single, sturdy screw. The oversize stainless steel bearing race on the crank fitted to the semi - axle ensures smooth operation, high resistance, and easy inspection and maintenance without cup disassembly. The lightweight and resistant chainrings are crafted from premium 7075 aluminum and can be easily swapped. You just need to unscrew them from the four crank arms without removing the whole crankset. With an optimized tooth design, it provides efficient power transmission and maximum chain reliability. The four arms are symmetrically arranged for optimal load distribution, having a 104 mm bolt circle diameter. It has a 47.5mm chainline and a 151mm Q - factor. Technical specs include 40 - tooth chainrings, single chainring retaining, 13 - speed drivetrain, 123mm chainring BCD, black color, 170mm crank length, and Campagnolo Ultra - Torque spindle interface. It's suitable for gravel, road, and cyclocross use, and doesn't include a bottom bracket. The pedal spindle is 9/16'.

Using the Campagnolo EKAR GT crankset is straightforward. First, make sure it's correctly installed on your bike. You can choose this crankset for gravel, road, or cyclocross rides. When it comes to changing the chainrings, it's easy. Just unscrew them from the four arms of the crank without having to take the whole crankset off. This gives you the flexibility to adjust according to your riding needs. As for maintenance, the oversize stainless steel bearing race makes it convenient to inspect and keep it in good condition. You don't need to dismantle the cups. Regularly check the connection of the semi - axles inside the bottom bracket, and if you notice any looseness, use the single sturdy screw to tighten it up. Also, clean the chainrings and crank arms to keep them working smoothly. When riding, be aware of the load distribution on the symmetrically arranged four arms. This will help you get the most out of your crankset and ensure a long - lasting and efficient riding experience.
