Product Description

The Campagnolo EKAR GT crankset is a top - notch choice for gravel, road, and cyclocross riders. It features two aluminum crank arms paired with Ultra - Torque semi - axles made of AISI 630 steel, offering a perfect blend of strength and lightness. The Hirth ProTechâ„¢ technology on the semi - axles ensures efficiency and self - alignment. The premium 7075 aluminum chainrings are not only lightweight and resistant but also easily interchangeable. You can simply unscrew them from the four symmetrically arranged crank arms without dismantling the whole crankset. With an optimized tooth design, it guarantees efficient power transmission and high chain reliability. The four - arm design with a 104 mm bolt circle diameter provides optimum load distribution. It has a 47.5mm chainline and a 151mm Q - factor. Available in a sleek black color, it has a 172.5mm crank length, 13 drivetrain speeds, and a 123mm chainring BCD. It uses the Campagnolo Ultra - Torque spindle interface and does not include a bottom bracket. The pedal spindle is 9/16".

Using your Campagnolo EKAR GT crankset is easy. First, make sure it's properly installed on your bike according to the manufacturer's instructions. When riding, the optimized tooth design will give you smooth and efficient power transfer, whether you're on gravel, road, or cyclocross terrain. For maintenance, regularly check the semi - axles and the chainrings. The oversize stainless steel bearing race on the crank is easy to access for inspection and cleaning. You don't need to dismantle the cups to do this. If you want to change the chainrings, simply unscrew them from the four arms of the crank. Just keep in mind that since it doesn't come with a bottom bracket, you'll need to take extra care of the interface area. Also, avoid using excessive force on the pedal spindle, which is 9/16". Keep the crankset clean, especially after riding in dirty or wet conditions, to ensure its long - term durability and performance.
