Using this headset cup installation adapter is easy. First, pair it with a headset press tool. For cups with non - removable bearings, use the side that applies pressure on the outer race. For cups with removable bearings, use the chamfered - surface side. When installing, make sure to align the cup properly to ensure a precise fit. As for maintenance, keep it clean after each use.
