For road tires that are 24 - 32mm, use 30 - 40ml; for open - road tires of 33 - 50mm, 50 - 70ml is the right amount. For mountain tires, use 80 - 100ml for 2.0 - 2.3” and 100 - 125ml for 2.4 - 3.0”. Simply pour the sealant into the tire. After that, rotate the wheel a few times to distribute the sealant evenly.
As for precautions, since this sealant is ammonium, protein, and latex - free, you don't have to worry about allergic reactions or damage to bike parts. But always keep it out of reach of children.
When it comes to maintenance, check the sealant level regularly. If you notice that the sealant has dried up or lost its effectiveness, replace it. Also, if you get a puncture, the sealant should take care of it automatically, but it's still a good idea to have a spare tube just in case.
