These Crankbrothers cleats are easy to use. First, check if your cycling shoes have a 2 - hole bolt pattern. If they do, you can install these cleats. Simply align the cleats with the holes on your shoes and tighten the bolts. When using them with your pedals, clip in and enjoy the 6 degrees of float. This gives you more natural movement while cycling. Remember, the release angles are 15° or 20°, so you can choose based on your preference. As for maintenance, keep them clean. After each ride, wipe off any dirt or debris. Also, check the bolts regularly to make sure they're tight. If you want to use Quattro pedals, you'll need to buy the adapters separately.
