You should torque it to 40Nm. Note that it's not for 6 - bolt rotors and hubs. And a washer is included.

Using this Wolf Tooth CenterLock Rotor Lockring is easy. First, make sure your centerlock hub and rotor are clean. Then, fit the lockring onto the rotor and secure it to the hub. Tighten it with a torque wrench to 40Nm. Remember, this lockring won't work with 6 - bolt rotors and hubs, so don't try to use it with them.
