Product Description

When you're aiming for epic rides, the FOX 38 suspension fork is your go-to choice. It redefines the performance of long-travel single crown forks, offering unmatched confidence, top-notch performance, and incredible durability. FOX's GRIP X2 damper is a game-changer. It's the most adjustable, supportive, and smoothest damper for descents. With GRIP X2, you'll sit higher in the travel, your tires will grip the ground better, and you'll have more traction when cornering. This not only boosts your confidence in downhill and enduro racing but also reduces rider fatigue. The lower leg bleeders let you equalize atmospheric pressure with just a push of a button. The bypass channels increase volume, improving small bump sensitivity and responsiveness. The 38's lower leg arch design saves weight while meeting the stiffness and strength needs of enduro and gravity riding. It comes with the reliable FLOAT EVOL air spring, and the Kabolt X axle reduces weight and increases torsional stiffness. Specifications include an air positive and negative spring, 29-inch wheel size, post mount 180 brake type, and more. Available in shiny black color.

Using the FOX 38 suspension fork is straightforward. First, make sure it's properly installed on your bike according to the manufacturer's instructions. Adjust the high-speed compression damping, low-speed compression damping, and rebound damping based on your riding style and the terrain. For normal rides, start with the default settings and make small adjustments as needed. When you're going downhill or in rough terrain, you can fine - tune the settings for better performance. As for maintenance, regularly clean the fork to remove dirt and debris. Check the air pressure in the FLOAT EVOL air spring before each ride. You can use a fork pump to adjust the pressure according to your weight and riding preferences. Every few months, or after a particularly muddy ride, take the fork to a professional bike mechanic for a more thorough inspection and servicing. Be careful not to over - tighten the Kabolt X axle or any other parts during installation. If you notice any strange noises or reduced performance, stop using the fork and have it checked immediately.
