8-Pack Rack Front Rack

This is a traditional-style Porteur front rack. It can be securely mounted to the mid-blade and crown eyelets of Surly forks. It's compatible with fat bikes and 29+ wheels. Features include mounting to mid-blade and crown eyelets, coming with safety mounting hardware, and being compatible with Surly forks that use crown-mounted braze-ons and mid-blade fork eyelets. However, it's not recommended for forks with a single mounting point in the fork crown and is not compatible with Surly fat bike forks. Check the instructions in the Tech section to see if it fits your bike.

To use this front rack, first make sure your bike's forks have the right mid - blade and crown eyelets as described. Then, use the included safety mounting hardware to securely attach the rack to the eyelets. When loading the rack, distribute the weight evenly to keep your bike stable. Note that this rack won't work well with forks that have a single mounting point in the fork crown or Surly fat bike forks, so always check compatibility before installation. For maintenance, clean the rack regularly with a mild soap and water solution to prevent rust. After cleaning, dry it thoroughly to avoid moisture - related damage.
