Product Description

The Byway Road Plus tire is a game - changer for riders. It offers supreme comfort on those hard - to - reach remote gravel roads, without sacrificing speed on the pavement you need to get there. True to its road - worthy design, a smooth centerline flanked by angular hatching ensures a seamless ride on paved sections. The intermediate diamond - shaped peaks provide reliable traction when you're powering through, while the large, consistent knobs on the sides protect the tire from sharp rocks and gashes during your adventures. It features a Road Plus TCS setup, with a sealant - optimized lightweight casing, folding TCS aramid bead, and Dual Compound DNA rubber. Specs include a gravel - intended use, an ISO diameter of 622 / road / 29', an ISO width of 34 mm, a labeled size of 700 x 34, a folding tire bead, a 700c tire diameter, a Tubeless Ready Clincher tire type, a weight of 396 grams (13.9 oz), and a TPI of 60.

Using the Byway Road Plus tire is straightforward. First, make sure your bike's rims are compatible with tubeless tires. Install the tire on the rim and add sealant as per the instructions. This tire is great for gravel roads and can handle some pavement too. When riding on gravel, the diamond - shaped peaks and side knobs will give you good traction and protection. On the pavement, the centerline will keep your ride smooth. As for maintenance, regularly check the tire pressure to ensure optimal performance. Look out for any cuts or damage, especially after a rough ride. If you find a small puncture, the sealant should take care of it. But for larger damage, you may need to replace the tire. Also, clean the tire after each muddy ride to keep it in good shape.
