Product Description

The all-new BoXXer Ultimate D1 suspension fork is a game-changer. Its 38mm chassis comes with the DebonAir+ twin tube air spring, giving you a coil-like feel. Paired with a Charger 3 damper tuned for downhill speed, it's podium-ready. The DebonAir+ spring offers a butter-smooth small bump feel, more support during travel, and a taller ride height for steep terrain. It features a new Signature Electric Red colorway with fresh graphics. It's compatible with a premium fender (RockShox Bolt-On Fender included). There are short and tall crown options for different head tube lengths. The Charger 3 damper is tuned for the updated chassis and spring, with meaningful and exact adjustments for high and low speed compression and low speed rebound. The ButterCups block 20% of high-frequency 'trail chatter', reducing hand and arm fatigue. Technical specs include an aluminum steerer tube, 27.5 wheel diameter, 20x110mm Boost TA axle, and more.

Using the BoXXer Ultimate D1 suspension fork is easy. First, make sure to adjust the air pressure and add bottomless tokens according to your weight and riding style. This will help you get the best performance out of the fork. When riding, the fork will absorb bumps smoothly, thanks to the DebonAir+ spring and Charger 3 damper. The ButterCups will also reduce the vibrations from the trail, keeping you fresh. For maintenance, regularly clean the fork to prevent dirt and debris from getting inside. Check the seals for any signs of wear and replace them if necessary. Lubricate the moving parts as recommended in the manual. Also, make sure to have the damping and spring adjustments checked and tuned periodically by a professional. Always follow the safety guidelines and don't use the fork if it's damaged.
