Product Description

The CaneCreek DB Kitsuma Coil Rear Shock, sized 230 x 65, is a game - changer for riders on and off the trail. It's incredibly user - friendly, offering a wider damping adjustment range on the compression circuit and better rebound control than other major shocks on the market. The Three Position Climb Switch gives three unique modes that transform the shock's feel. It has the “Descend” and patented “CS” mode, plus a new “Firm” mode. With tool - free adjustments, you can easily tune it on the trail, putting pro - level tuning in your hands. The rebound range is adjusted downwards to fit modern bikes with larger spring rates. TECH SPECS: Stroke 65mm, Metric Yes, Lockout Switch Climb Switch, Eyelet Diameter 15mm, External Adjustments include High and Low Speed Compression Damping, Rebound Damping, and Coil Preload, Positive Spring Coil, Eye to eye length 230mm.

Using the CaneCreek DB Kitsuma Coil Rear Shock is easy. First, decide which mode of the Three Position Climb Switch suits your riding. 'Descend' is for going downhill, 'CS' is the patented special mode, and 'Firm' gives a stiffer feel. You can make adjustments without tools right on the trail. Just find the ergonomic adjustment points and tune the shock to your preference. When it comes to maintenance, keep the shock clean after each ride. Wipe off dirt and debris, especially around the eyelets and adjustment knobs. Check the eyelet diameter regularly to make sure it's still 15mm and that there are no signs of wear or damage. Also, check the external adjustments like compression and rebound damping to ensure they're working smoothly. If you notice any issues, it's best to take it to a professional bike mechanic.
